Welcome to MuAPI.ai, operated by Vadoo Internet Services Private Limited (“MuAPI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made on https://muapi.ai.

By purchasing or using MuAPI services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds for Used Credits

MuAPI provides API-based AI services that incur upfront infrastructure and third-party model costs.

  • All credit purchases are non-refundable once used
  • Partially used credits are not eligible for refunds
  • API usage charges are non-refundable

Once credits are consumed, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period begins
  • You may cancel anytime
  • Cancellation stops future billing only
  • No partial refunds for unused time

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans may be eligible for refund only if:

  • Refund requested within 7 days of purchase
  • No significant API usage occurred
  • No abuse or policy violations

If these conditions are met, we may issue a full refund OR a partial refund (at our discretion).

3. Pay-As-You-Go / Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. This includes:

  • Top-up credits
  • Promotional credits
  • Bonus credits
  • Lifetime credits

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Failed transactions with deducted amount
  • Accidental double payments

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Service Downtime or Technical Issues

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Extended service outage
  • Critical API failures
  • Platform unavailable for extended period

However, temporary outages do not guarantee refunds. We may instead offer credits as compensation.

6. Abuse & Fraud Protection

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Excessive usage before refund request
  • Policy violations
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Multiple refund requests
  • Chargeback attempts

Accounts involved in abuse may be suspended, terminated, or permanently blocked.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • Your MuAPI account may be suspended immediately
  • Credits may be revoked
  • Access to API may be terminated

We strongly recommend contacting us first.

8. Promotional & Discounted Purchases

Purchases made using coupons, promotional pricing, discount campaigns, or limited-time offers are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days
  • Returned to original payment method
  • Processing time depends on payment provider
